serves a vital role in the church by giving each person who attends the service weekly bulletin, along with a friendly smile, and warm welcome. Especially for the first-time visitors, the greeter, by taking the initiative in introducing themselves to the visitor and introducing visitors to others in the church helps to “break the ice” and facilitate relational connections, which strengthens the body.

Information: Both Usher(s) and Greeter(s) will need to be in a position to greet people 30 minutes prior to service and the beginning of worship service. As well as stay 15 minutes after service.

Requirements: Attend orientation Meeting

serves a variety of roles including answering questions and directing visitors to available seating, facility services, and meeting rooms. Ushers also distribute visitor packets and other publications if needed and collect the offering.

Information: Both Usher(s) and Greeter(s) will need to be in a position to greet people 30 minutes prior and the beginning of worship service. As well as stay 15 minutes after service.

Requirements: Individuals desiring to serve in this capacity can be either men or women over the age of 18.

You are in charge of making sure different areas in the church facility is picked up and ready for the next service. This would consist of a checklist run-through before 1st service and in between the 2nd service.
